North Queensland Camera Group

North Queensland Camera Group is a group of passionate photographers meeting in Townsville to share and enjoy all aspects of photography. We are a contemporary and progressive camera group. Our members invest time in programs that empower them to reach their photographic goals.

We offer a welcoming and encouraging environment for all, to develop and share their photographic skills. Our members come from all walks of life, ages and experience levels, from our rookies to the most advanced photographers. We also offer a range of competitions including images reviews plus a photo sharing platform, which allows members to interact outside group meetings and outings.

Our Aim

The objective of our group is to stimulate the photographic interest of our members, by combining a Learning & Development program with Photographic Outings & Trips. Plus exciting Focus Groups specializing in the key spheres of photography, all in a friendly, comfortable and social environment.

The group is an incorporated not for profit organisation, run by its members from across North Queensland, who have an excitement for photography. The club is affiliated with the Photographic Society of Queensland (PSQ).

You are invited to come along and meet us, before committing to becoming a member.

So regardless of you photographic dream, why not plan to do that today.
